Performance Incentive Program (PIP)

The Performance Improvement Program (PIP) is a program to incent and reward our members for accomplishing their goals!

Points Are reset every 6 months on 1st of July and 1st of January
Each member who reaches 50 points, gets recognised and receives a gift
Members Reaching 100 Points receive a slightly larger gift (Wine Bottle for example)
It is not a competitive tournament. There is no prize for first place, though there may be friendly rivalry!
Points gained vary depending on the assignment, task or accomplishment. See the top of the spreadsheet for exact values.
